I notice a number of names that were currently owned by early registrants have found new homes. It would be interesting to know the sales prices of names such as nationallottery co uk and dailymail co uk etc.etc.

Could they have been free if the previous owner caved at the mediation stage of a DRS? I may be wrong but I thought this would not get recorded anywhere public, and only the DRS cases that go forward to arbitration are listed on Nominet's site...

Out of interest, would you have any real chance of defending the two examples above?

There are lots of national lotteries around the world, and plenty places online you can buy tickets for each. It seems generic to me?

Could "daily mail" be a postal service :D
