Just regged this with plans to possibly develop in the near future, any opinions on whether it could sell developed/undeveloped?

Yeah, You could create a minisite with information about this new £2000 scrapping old cars incentive. Get hits through providing the relevant information and get earning through adverts relating to buying new cars and scrapping your old one. Once developed and earning you should be able to sell it, if that's still what you want.
