Hi,
I have a highly seasonal domain - newyearsresolution.org.uk - obviously there will be limited appeal, but 2 good months of potential.

Overall 2,400 avg searches, £1.37 cpc. Searches during December 12,100, and January 14,800 offer some potential.

Contemplating options now, as time for someone (me or someone else) to put something in place for next new year, when this could get some traffic.

I guess one question is what's the value of the .org.uk? There are still some FTR extensions of this, which might have an impact as well...

Any views on what this could be worth?
TIA

Is it worth £6 or even REG fee? Looks to me you prob could at least make £50 on it the 2 years you own it if you put a site up.

Seasonal ones are obviously limited but if done right can make some good passive income that time of year and the odd click through out.

I'd put the top 100 on there, maybe add 5 a week as posts in the run up to next December adding them individually to the top 100 page.

Not a great money spinner in my eyes but one that could be a bit of pocket money with Adsense in Dec & Jan.

Saying all that if you Google it not many advertisers.

In a nut shell plenty of other domains to register if a little research is done first.

Watch Pat Flynn talk sense and then register your next domain

Aww, shucks! Thanks for the honesty, and the replies, and confirming my suspicions...not retiring quite yet then
