Sedo auction that end in September

Hi,
I had a domain that went to auction in September and I still have not been paid.I have done everything I had to do,paperwork and so on.I emailed Sedo and asked why it was taking so long and they said it was the buyer holing it up by not sending the paperwork to nominet. How long could this go on for,I want my money.
Anyone else had this problem,its over two months now!
