Sedo Auction

There is an auction running now and some of the domains are pretty good. It says no reserve but i have to place a minimum of 100 Euros bid????

So my question is, if i see 3 or 4 domains i like does the price include TAX and commission?

Also why is no one else bidding on them? Am i missing something here?

For .uk domains the price includes everything apart from the transfer fee (£10 + Vat)
