Price isn't too far away from what the hyphenated version sold for, so I guess it could have been worse for the seller.

I think the registrant would have been better off purchasing just this .co.uk and the .com to match which is for sale at $8477 (less than the hyphenated sold for!)

With the discount the .com was available for $6800 but I am not in that game.

btw on top of that thay have paid 15% sedo fee.
