36 searches a month according to Adwords. Nobody really bidding on Adwords for the term (good hint its unmonetizable). Nobody really trying to rank pages for it (good indication the market just isn't there).

I wouldn't have paid reg fee for this.

Sure but in this case, it seems there isn't even a market to sell the product to. As the owner of a couple of dogs, I can't see this ever catching on here. Would anyone else feel the need to buy pyjamas for their pets? Its just stupid and probably not even doing them any good health wise...

I could imagine some people being intrigued by this address and interested in seeing pets in pyjamas!

Could be an opportunity to sell pets pyjamas (sounds crazy to me!) and (importantly) produce traffic to sell other more practical and useful pet related products.
