I was thinking that too. Good for buyer and seller.

I think it could to well if the NY tourism agency tailor their marketing to a UK audience (in which case, and to be/seem genuine they'd need the .co.uk).

No problem. Wouldn't be surprised of its worth something if the .co.uk sold for a few thousand. I'm not a domainer though!
