selling a .eu domain

hi, I am quite a new member on acorn and have found it be a really useful site. I have sold .com and .co.uks before but now have a .eu that I am looking to sell on behalf of a client. I was just wondering whether there are any forms such as with selling a .co.uk. It is registered at uk reg.
