Odd, I've sold to him in the past and it was all very straight forward, no issues.

Maybe as i've not spoken to him before he thinks i must be one of those lottery ticket domainers who is looking to retire off an average domain name.

It must be his standard way of doing business as it appears to be a template email he sends to everyone.
