Wanted: Domain Appraisal shabby chic domain name

I very recently bought cottageshabbychic.co.uk for a business idea had, but due to bad health I am unable to continue with the venture.
While I still have a few items left for sale, I have kept the site live, either until the domain name sells or the stock I have on the website sells.

After a hell of a lot of work I have managed to get the domain on to the first page of Google, up until a few weeks ago it was 1st but on last checking about a week ago it was 4th on the 1st page.

As Shabby Chic is so in fashion these days and the style growing fast (french, vintage shabby chic and so on) I am looking for a sensible price for this domain.

As I am very new to this website, this being my 2nd post, I apologise in advance if I have posted incorrectly or in the wrong forum.

Just checked again on Google and it is first again on google top of the page and on the first page too

It's showing as position #6 on Google UK for me, are you logged in to Google when you are checking the search results?

Just had a look at the site, please get rid off that bloody butterfly going all over the page, very distracting, I wouldn't stay on the page and try to read it with that flying about.

I understand why you may say that if you are not in the home decor industry, but with Shabby Chic being the most en vogue style in homes at the moment and with it growing so fast with different genres branching out from 'Shabby Chic' as before mentioned Vintage, French Rustic Shabby Chic, Cottage shabby Chic is just another branch of the original form Shabby Chic.

I hope this reply does not sound too condescending as this is not how I mean't it to come across

Nope not condescending, I can't say Id ever heard of "shabby chic" until today.

All I know is "cottage shabby chic" has no one searching for it according to google keyword tool.

How many unique visitors does the site get at the moment?

Also there are some trade marks for "shabby chic" if you do a search http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmtext/

That might cause some issues.. though I'm a millon miles away from an expert on trade marks.

The site has had 661 visitors at the moment, how many of those are unique though, I am afraid I could not tell you, the site has been live for around 5 weeks or so, for such a new niche market. I am not sure if this is good or not to be honest. Phew that website is well over my head I am afraid, but I have visited another website and the copyright threat was 0%, but how good a site or infact result that was I am not sure, as I have said I am a complete newbie to this kind of thing.
