First glance it says to me "shopper" which I guess is the way you are thinking of using it?
For me the single "p" would work better (shopr)
Second thoughts I'm thinking Shop PR..
As in shop/retail public relations? - Maybe it could be used by an agency.

ditto I agree with the PR possibilities
- aside from trying to sell it to a PR company I don't like this one for branding
Forgot to say in terms of value if you can find a PR company that specialises in Shop PR (which might be difficult because they probably call it retail PR but you never know ... so if (if being the operative word) you manage to find one of these then I reckon some sort of low x,xxx as they are the type of company that would see the value and pay - otherwise it is worth very little ...like zilch I think. Good luck though, it will be a good name and a good buy if you can find the PR co
Oh ... sorry just had another idea - you could use it to develop a site to write and distribute press releases online for all the Ecommerce sites which would make a great service and probably one that I am pretty sure will be in good demand - and once developed this could then be worth a lot of money
