I must be blind but I can't see any sign up info for streamic, how does one sign up?

you can't apply I'm afraid an existing streamic member has to invite you in.

Yes, I am afraid that is correct. You must be introduced by an existing Streamic member. We do this to ensure optimum traffic quality and protect our advertisers.
