Im going to leave this until the weekend, then if not sold I will keep it as im happy to anyway with xmas coming.

Just to confirm the £250 monthly sub domain rental we pay is transferable (subject to life of existing ad feed) provided the new owner will keep the existing site and sub domain as is. Feel free to PM if you want details of this.
