Wanted: Website sites making £500+ wanted

this is for a friend looking to spend £20-30k on a passive investment making £500 or more per month. Ideally would pay anything from 18-30 months multiple, more if on a good quality domain. Has to be fairly passive income with little maintenance.

Would consider most niches and extensions.
