Looking for any sites that have either of the following.

traffic 500+ uniques a month

or

age - had a site on it for over 2 and half years (no time in that time must it have been down, page with ads etc)

Rev: can have nothing, v. little or loads


Budget: anything from low to my max which is £x,xxx
