It's a bog standard 419 scam email format by way of a fake lottery/draw, take any text from the email, for example:

The Board of Directors, members of staff and the International Awareness Promotion Department of the BMW Automobile Company

Google that and see the same email used in multiple previous scams:

Oh and BMW send you letters on conquerer paper with thermal printed logo on it, they don't spare the cash when they come for ya
