A recent catch, have done nothing with this yet. Will most likely throw a minisite up over the weekend as it looks quite interesting.

Population of around 19,000 and popular with tourists.

If you've read my other threads you'll know I've not a drop of experience with geo domains. :D Would like help with value please for domain alone and let's say a 5 page site with good hand written content, photos, news, weather, etc.

The .co.uk version has a parking page. The .co.uk and .com's without hyphens [amendment] although registered do not resolve.

As always, thank you for looking.

There's no need to use "squatted" in that context! And on the #1 domain industry forum too. Ouch.

Comment acknowledged, post amended. What do you think a 'politically correct' and 'tongue-in-cheek' compromise would be as an alternative? ;)

- domain investor
- domainer
- domain industry professional

Any of the above are 20x better than "squatter" :)

The fact that the domains resolve or not does not change the status of the owners of those domains. They're either end users, or they're domain investors.
