hot topical domain, not sure how you'd turn it into a domain with income tho as I doubt any loan company would really use the term or use a .org TLD.

I think it will be ok to turn to monetizing the sites especially for US market, where there is huge potential... i am not relaly looking for HUGE offers, but a decent offer will be quiet good i think!
