I am going to file an action against pipex for financial loss due to them not registering the domain names that they should - which have been registered now by a third party. Does anyone want to share experience and the legal costs for a class action?
1. These were virgin names - not dropped.
2. I suspect them of logging searches.
3. I accuse them of being or the people that they employ fraudulent.
