Did anyone on here know that it is posisble for someone,in
the US in this case, to name a domain name as a defendant
in a claim ?. They have issued proceedings against one of
my .com domains and have served it on Verisign ,who are then meant to tell my registrar who is meant to tell me.
Strange but tru, allegedly.

Well good luck to ya. In may case they chose not to
take WIPO proceedings but to serve the papers on
Verisign. Then again the USA always did think it
owned everything including the internet. Cant wait
until Verisign gets bought by UK company and
registry transferred to the UK and then we can
get our own back. Thats why I always prefer .co.uk
coz of the prob with keeping .com's.
