There is so much potential in the .co.uk market.
I have been dabbing the surface for a few weeks and have generated a large string of sales.
The problem with most people is either procrastination or laziness - many simply prefer passive weekly/monthly sales to proactive daily sales (less effort/work).

Their initial offer (after I had sent them an email) was just $150. Was rejected in a heartbeat. They responded with a few more offers, £200, £300 - before finally offering £400 and I stopped them there for some reason.

You really are on a roll, great stuff. Problem i find in situations when i get a much lower offer is they really mean it. Maybe i need to practice on not crumbling to lower offers and work on refusing them instead of coming down straight away which i often mistakenly do.

I've had plenty good sales like you are reporting, just not as many recently or as frequently so well done!

It is just incredible. You really do have an eye for domains. I am also trying to take a more active approach now. I have just contacted several marketing agencies in Liverpool offering them LiverpoolMarketing.co.uk. Let's see how it goes but no response yet. :\

The other variables that would be interesting to know are -

What email account it's sent from? (ie. Related to the domain, or a central mailbox?)

What is the response when they reply to say they're interested and ask the price? (Getting interest can be easy at times, not scaring them off can be the difficult bit!)

Is the domain hosted and is there a holding page?
