am I over sensitive or is the law an ass, how do they sleep at night when they pass these sentences ?

You're being extremely selective with how you are presenting this. He wasn't jailed for killing an unborn child, they don't know if he caused it. The guy is a dickhead for sure... But they can only sentence him on what he was charged with.

The people on the train are scum as well.
