I quite like this - although it is a bit self important - so any web site etc would need to be good and the content spot on and up to date. Perhaps some sort of amalgamation of news feeds etc?

So, I think it has quite good potential to be developed and quite a catchy name - even though it is 3 words.

Value wise, I'm sorry, but I really don't know. Probably fairly dependent on it being developed, otherwise people could just come up with their own options:

I haven't checked these, but if these aren't available, something similar would be. So undeveloped, probably not very much.
