I own a tm domain and can see that the company that manages the official site (the .com) has been on my site a couple of times (twice today) its just parked on a blank page atm, if I were to make it into a non-profit fan site do I stand a chance if they ask for it?

What are the procedures for getting a TM domain back, will I be liable for any costs and is it worth it (should I just surrender it through nominet?)

I registered the name without knowing it was a TM

Thanks for any help :)

Quick answer is that anyone can ask for anything, question is will they get it? plus are you bothered about them getting it? is it that good a name?

Depends on the name I suppose, if you want to PM me the name I maybe able to give you better advice.

PM'd received, I don't think you will have too many problems with it buddy. It's not one that is well know, so I'd hold on and see what comes off it.

If someone offers you something for it, then see if you like the offer and go from there. But I wouldn't worry about it.
