After different tld/cc's with the same DN - still typos in my book but from a different angle

Yes they will ask for them back at some point in the future when they notice, tomorrow or 100 years time

When that happens either they ask for them for free, offer a payment or sue you for passing off or the like.

It is an interesting area of domaining as on the one hand the earning names create revenue however each of them is a unknown potential liability.
