As you keep going on about putting a complaint to Trading Standards. This is all I can say: I hereby confirm that I sent the Nominet contract to the Trading Standards contract department about two weeks ago.
If the PAB DTI member wants to send them the correct leaflet it may help speed things up but make sure he sends the right leaflet this time. The address for the contracts dept is as follows:-
