I know its not great with the hyphen and .org.uk but think there is still some value in this one.

49,500 local exacts. Millions of results on google and something that is likely to be searched for until the end of football!

Anyway any input from you all would be greatly appreciated.

Got potential, but you would need to be passionate about developing it.
And then would you want to end up with a site on a hyphenated org.uk ?
How much do nokta want for the non hyphenated co uk ?
How much could you buy the non hyphenated .com for ?
Need to know these things before you can make an educated decision.
