Hi, would anyone do me a favour and try my new Forum, i want to test if you can see smileys, and if the new post icon is working because i cant seem to get them to work in Admin mode

It's still in development but any opinions on the forum would be appreciated

i can see the thumb icon and smilies in the post if that helps?

You need to use an up to date list of counties

2) Went to 'new topic' in 'Cumberland' and the 'smilies' come up as the old red cross

Thanks fred, but that list was updated 1st July 2006? why have they disappeared in the last month? Flooding perhaps

yes the title banner is a little smudged but i think thats the idea?
when creating a new post (no edit mode?) the smilies are listed as words not icons?

The Logo is meant to have that smudged effect(I like it) Is anyone else getting the blue stretchy thing that Rob is getting?

Edit mode was switched of for non members.

When i'm trying to make a post, i keep getting a cpanel login box!

Getting lots of red crosses in the background though for the smilies etc.

For some reason the images have the following URL:

http://67.15.250.8:2082/public_html/smileys//default/smiley.gif

Which explains why the cpanel login box is coming up, there should be something in your config files where you can correct this.

Nice looking skin.

Should add Blandford Forum to the list of towns in Dorset, its bigger than Shaftesbury and Wimborne and also is the 'capital' of North Dorset.

Thanks for the hint on the counties Fred, i added a list to one of my sites yesterday that included Cumberland and Westmorland!

Blandford added to list, so far i haven't added seperate sub forums in each catagory, they are just guides for people who don't know what county they live in! I was thinking about doing it but i think it would disclude people from smaller towns so for the moment i am just doing by county.

If there are enough request i will add sub forums to each catagory.

I signed up was just adding a small sig with a couple of relevant URLS but then found out sigs can only be a max of 50 characters! One of my domain names is 15-20 characters alone with the http://www.
