Wanted: Domain Appraisal Trying to put a value on a site

I have a site at the moment that I'm trying to put a value on. I'd rather not post the url, but if anyone is available to appraise its worth I could PM you the url, stats and adsense figures.

A couple of very kind people gave me some advice last time, I'm kind of looking for another few opinions now as I'm getting closer to selling. If anyone is able to offer their learned opinions I'd be happy to give all impressions, CTR and eCPM figures.
