A new extension to the UK code of practice will come into force on the 31st of August.

In summary, this code extension has been developed by the five licensed UK Mobile Operators (O2, Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile and 3) in order to add further consumer safeguards for subscribers consuming Premium

Am I correct in assuming that there is no need for action on the part of those of us running banner ads and providing links??

My current banners don't give any information on buying stuff - they just say click here to go to Jamster.
