The website Ullapool.co.uk is for sale, small tourist destination and B&B hotspot.
It has paid for B&B listings and gets around 6000 visitors per month.
The site generates £1250 per year in listing fee's, £200 link sale & £350 in Adsense adverts so generates around £1800 per year with no effort. For sale for £4000 - note we have not billed this year so that £1250 income is due now.
