Unloved Content Sites With Traffic (wanted)

Looking for unloved content sites with bits of SE traffic. More interested in the volume and depth of content than the traffic, but a small mix of both would be perfect.

Will consider all sites.

But my top pick niches are:
Hobbies
Outdoors
Plumbing/Heating (possibly DIY)
SEM

• Must be on reasonable domain. I.e. Hiking2015.co.uk doesn't work, but thehike.co.uk is fine
• Content must be of high quality (I'd prefer less content, more quality)
• Must have some SE or referral traffic (if it's referral, it should come from relevant links)
• A couple of relevant links would certainly be useful

Just taken on 2, so no rush. Budget is £xx- low £x,xx per site but will judge each site on its own merit.
