V2 Consultation Document - Non-Editable Version, Help Required

I submitted the offline version of the consultation document last week and was hoping to get a non-editable version of the same for my records and to publish.

I have a copy of the original, but can't figure any way of doing this and neither it seems can Nominet. Has anyone else worked out how to do this?

Only way I can think of is to build it manually using screen grabs, a bit crude though.

Print it as a PDF using Bullzip PDF? Not sure it will work, but worth a try perhaps...

Thanks for that Edwin. It was very close to being successful, but I'll have to fudge one page where the text content within the editable area was longer than the editable area itself, so is truncated.
