Has anyone used these guys before?

I tried them for the first time today as 123-reg paypal payment was not working. Done a quick google search and saw waycrest took paypal. I paid for a domain to be reg'd today at 16:30 and it has still not been reg'd - it's shocking!

I use them for some hosting and not impressed with the support.

Would not recommend.

They finally registered my domain at around 2:30 this morning (around 10 hours after i paid for it!!!) and i have only just recieved my account details - so i can change nameservers etc.

I've just logged a support call for an issue so will see how long it takes to resolve..........
