What about CPV?

Being just a beginner I would like to ask about the possibility of traffic monetization called CPV.

Found an interesting, from the financial point of view, network called edomz.com. which is a CPV with pop-under ads selling and buying options. It seems to be able to monetize the traffic and I would like to know if anyone used this or similar program for revenues?

We've never used CPV as it generally has negative connotations e.g. sometimes CPV ad networks show pop-under ads via downloaded software on competitors sites to the advertisers, which naturally leads to ruffling a few feathers.

However, I are aware that some affiliates use CPV.
