So is it against the law (nominet law) to display who has caught what domain?

I read it that the issue was publishing a large number of domains each day, thereby publishing the Nom database.

However, if a domain is unregistered, how can it be considered part of thier database when it doesn't exist in it??

yes exactly ?

ok so what if i put laskos = tag=laskos

that isnt copying the nom DB as i have not put .co.uk ?

or am i missing something here

Your missing the fact that even nominet don't know what the rules are, as the rules can be affected by many things such as mars being in alignment with uranus!

So why take deleting down? why not say you can display what is dropping in the next 72 hours but not who got what?

The Rule #1

Do not insult any other member. Be polite and do business. Thank you!
