Woman Sued for Registering 10,000 Domains

Zheng Qingying, a Chinese woman, was recently sued by Eurid, an institution in charge of domain name registration in Europe, because she registered over 10,000 domain names with the suffix “.eu.”

If Zheng Qingying is domiciled in China there never will be any court papers ... It's news to me that any one could be Sued by URID for registering .EU names even if they are not EU citizens .. the worst that can happen is that EURID can confiscate the domains ... They haven't even bothered to go after in any serious manner the US Corp's that registered all of those dodgey Trade Marks (with the exception of a few that have been frozen or confiscated ..

I've seen her disputes with Czech Arbitration Court. There're lots of cases where she has registered well known marks as domain names. And she must domicile in a country of EU members for sure because she cannot register dot eu without having a residency in EU countries. So which court EURid file a lawsuit against her?
