has anyone come across a good WP plug-in to support businesses being able to post group deals ala Groupon on your blog?

Not sure if this is totally what you're after, but I develop the iCodes WP plugin which imports and displays discount offers/vouchers on a WP site. These include groupon & KGB deals.

Demo: ICWS2 . The sms-merchant showcase is set to KGB but could easily show groupon deals. Sidebar widget display is a bit sparse atm just because I'm also actively using the site to test the upcoming new release. Includes ~20widgets.

They even let you set up a test site on their server so you can try it out fully
