Back up now - but the 606 boards tend to get extrememly busy on Saturday afternoons, so often there's some time out between 1500 & 1645

I'm enjoying our Partridge loving friend. I need to share this:

Following the inaugural Alanathon hosted by the lads in July, brothers Joe, Tom and Dan Gerlach embarked on a Partridge Pilgrimage on 7th August 2005.

With the parents gone on holiday, the house was immediately redressed as “The Cinnamons” (after a feud over the name “Lord House”). The morning was greeted with a full English breakfast, which included running a scam with a twelve-inch plate. As per usual, the eggs were segregated from the beans by using sausages as a breakwater. Ruby grapefruit juice helped to break the gas down.

Lunch - Strawberry Nesquik, fishcakes, then dump (?).

Driving in his bare feet, Joe travelled with Tom and Dan to Wildwood Country Club, aka Choristers, on the road to Horsham, Surrey. Once there, the three brothers proceeded to the bar to have a pint of Directors and a read of Simon Heffer, on the veranda. Unfortunately, we could not book a function room under the guise of the Real IRA. However, we were asked to leave by the bar staff after gratuitous photo taking. And because Tom was violating the “no denim” regulation.

Of course, the golden moment would have been to pass security and then pierce our feet on a spike, however, the said spikes and security intercom do not exist, at least at this location. Does anyone know where this part of Choristers is filmed?

Anyhow, before leaving, being brave people, Tom and Joe realised that they needed to get Dan’s attention, who happened to be the other side of the car park – the attached film shows the results.

With so much to do, the Partridge Pilgrimage will spill into tomorrow – a cup of beans for breakfast.

Right, we’re off for Ladyboys down the local. Now you’re talking my language. I hope not.

Check out some pictures and videos from the event:

thanks guys

You should get PPlive - p2p online tv - it has changed my live.

The only tricky bit is to work out which channel the game is on as it is in chinese . On match day tho, there is always a thread on the 606 boards with info.

I was worried about downloading the software at first but it is amazing - almost tv quality after 5 minutes or so -
