Nominet Members’ Festive Social at Cutty Sark
An evening aboard Cutty Sark, after the daytime visitors have gone home.
Nominet is bringing members of the .UK community together for its Members’ Festive Social in Greenwich. Expect private access to the historic ship, stories from her voyages, food and drinks, and time to catch up with familiar faces or meet fellow members.
When and where
What’s planned
Built in Scotland in 1869 for the China tea trade, Cutty Sark later became renowned for her fast passages carrying Australian wool. The ship’s decks, rigging and suspended hull make this a setting with plenty to explore beyond the usual drinks reception.
Coming on your own?
Nominet describes its member events as friendly and informal, with no presentations, sales pitches or forced networking activities. Its team will be on hand to welcome attendees and help with introductions, including those coming to a member event for the first time.
How to attend
Request your place using the registration form on Nominet’s event page. The form asks for your registrar tag or account ID and provides options to add a guest and flag dietary or access requirements.
Submitting the form is a request for a place. Nominet will confirm member places by email.
Places are limited, and registration will close once capacity is reached.
