I have around £10k to spend on a site, the website should:

1. Be over 12 months old
2. Have over 500 visitors per day
3. Ideally be zero or very low maintenance
4. Be earning £400+ per month
5. Have unique content

By PM only please giving stats and asking price.

As long as it meets the requirements I am flexible on income source and domain extension.

Someone who values a certain 25 month multiple upfront, now, in theory?

gutting cos I had a site that made £750 a month, that is 6 months old with only 100 uv per day - so its going to be no good

what mug is going to sell you a site like that for 10k?

The last site I bought made £464 in April and £5k a year for the last 3 years and cost £7500 to buy. Some people require a quick capital boost/injection for many different reasons.

I have a porn site... www.slutextreme.com

Doesnt make that much money, but it meets all the other requirements by far. Plus, i'm looking to sell it for less than 10k, it's not my niche, i'm just looking to make some quick money for other investments.

I have found a site for this purchase and am in Escrow so thread can be locked.

tut tut, why do people insist on ruining peoples threads? no one is forcing anyone to sell or buy. and there is a facility called pm on here for off topic comments, requests.
