Thanks for the positive input. .uk domain's is kind of a new thing for me as I flipped a few .coms for several hundred USD over the last 5 years as a low key hobby. But I thought i'd give uk a try as it extends my registration period to an extra year.
You can find some excellent domains at great prices, this is assuming you don't mind sitting on them for a while until the right end buyer comes along.
Not going to comment on the quality of the domains here as it's a sales thread but from a purely monetary point of view I cringed when I read you'd spent around £3k, especially with 123-Reg (the most expensive UK registrar for co.uk as far as I'm aware)
By far the best course of action for any bulk co.uk registrations at the moment is to initially go with Crazy Domains. They offer ridiculously cheap pricing (£2 for one year/ £4 for two years including VAT for a co.uk reg)
I say INITIALLY as they've not got the greatest reputation and apparently offer these below cost prices due to charging through the nose for renewals and other services. This is besides the point however as if you're bulk registering all you need to do is pay one single transfer fee of £12 (directly to Nominet) and you can transfer all your domains away to a registrar of your choice.
400 co.uk domains reg'd directly with 123-Reg for two years a piece would have cost £3,352. The same 400 names registered initially with Crazy Domains and transferred to 123-Reg would have cost £1612 (£4 x 400 + £12 to transfer) saving you £1740 for exactly the same result (or you could have cut this in half by just regging for one year which probably makes sense if you're speculating)
I would ignore the negative comments made, but certainly take note of the constructive criticism given on this forum.
We all register a few duds, and I remember thinking a few times what am I doing was told my portfolio was rubbish not worth reg fee blah blah but ended up selling a .co domain for £2,700 to an end user.
