I emailed them last Friday, not yesterday, the one before, no reply as of yet, I emailed them three times after that, still no reply. I phoned up eventually because I wanted a domain that I went to bed thinking I'd regd - imgine if that was one I'd sold for £500 last week.
Then I discovered they still hadn't refunded me, I also asked for a refund for a domain they invoiced me twice for and only refunded it once, I also asked them to go through the last 40 domains and sort the refunds out, they haven't.
And during this I'm supposed to spend 50p a minute asking for £6 back. Simple mathematics tells me I've just 'kin spent my refund.
4 refunds needed, got two back so far and probably £4 spent on a tech call.
