123-reg support

I've got 4 domains that I bought and aren't on my panel. Emailes have been sent and some are over a week old now, and haven't had a reply. Does anyone have a contact there that can help?

I know, I know - i shouldn't use 123-reg :(

I emailed them this morning throught the online interface and the problem has been resolved already?
123 are all good in my book still

I've sent in three separate support requests! Just faxed them as i'm not calling them at 50p/min unless I absolutely have to !

i've registered a few recently and generally they are good, but if an error does occur, it takes loads of e-mails and generally at least a week to get the domain listed in your account.

i think they could do with a few more staff !!
 
Agreed!

It wa fine when they weren't run by pipex! THey've ended up the same way as their broadband side!

tip of the day: DO NOT USE WEBFUSION FOR HOSTING
 
they now tell me that one domain i have registered through them is listed on somebody else's account at reg-123.

i've sent them their invoice to me and the whois data showing me as the registrant...

Monkeys could take over the planet if people like this have jobs.....Planet of the apes could come true....:D
 
Finally got a response to my support request. This is 10 days after I made it!

That is bad! You should try one of mine 6 weeks still no responce, not in my account. Ironically, nominet say its a PPC forwarded domain when its pointed to 123-reg :-D

I donno which one of them is worse

Or servers, only had about 75% network uptime on my old webfusion VPS
 
They seem to be on the downturn over there!
I got a problem resolved after a week and 4 emails. There response was-

"Due to the release of the .eu domains our response time has been affected, my apologies for the delay in getting back to you."

Obviously a well managed company..........not!
 
Still waiting for a problem to be resolved - three emails so far without response
