For anyone contemplating calling the company on their 0871 support number the recording states that the wait time to be connected to a a member of their technical support team is presently in excess of 25 minutes due to high call volumes (or possibly low staffing levels).

Earlier - two weeks ago - I sent a fax, but no response. What to do?

Had that 25 minute message every time I have phoned. All I could do is save all my queries and wait it out at 10p per min.

Not yet had a reply to any of my emails, some going back a month or so.

Shame really as when I did eventually get through on the phone they were quite helpful.
