Without any real backlinks or history I think the age is absolutely worthless. Personally I wouldn't pay you £10 for it.
But a lot of people (wrongly, imo) believe that the age of a domain like that helps from an seo point of view... so I expect you'll get closer to your valuation than mine

Seems like a reasonable price. I think with the age of a domain in regards to ranking in google etc, has more to do with the age of the pages (i.e. length of time the pages have been indexed) rather than the age of the domain. You could have a 15 year old domain name, but if none of the pages are indexed it wont make much difference, but if the homepage and other pages have been index for 15 years, then this is obviously beneficial to seo.

age is the only factor you can't buy.. even better, this is the factor they call "Trust Factor"backlinks?
... oh - I can create thousands of targeted backlinks during a year ... and in that case - price would be differentyeah
