A blast from the past for me...
The first domain I ever sold was 6fm.com way back in 1999. It was bought for radio subdomains (the US has even frequencies too, whereas the UK was mainly odd - so 1fm.co.uk is handy for 97.1fm.co.uk etc). However, fm frequencies are less promoted nowadays due to the many ways people can listen.

ah yes, the 90's. when you could have a night out at the Palace, a fish n chip supper and still have change out of a tanner to get the trolley bus home.
