I am looking to sell 20 x PR1 domains. What kind of price range do you think I should ask for?

Thanks for your responses

Somewhere between 1p and £1,000,000 each. How long is a piece of string?

What are the domain names like? How long have they existed? What kind of traffic are they currently getting? Are any of the sites earning revenue? What topics/products do they cover? What's the content like on them? Have you got many backlinks in place? Is all the content unique and therfore your copyright? Are there any restrictions on you selling the scripts running on the sites? How much scope for improvement is there for each site?

etc. etc. etc.

The domains are mainly for link purposes. They aren't cosmetically pretty nor content rich. Some have age some don't. The main selling point is the fact that they all have a bit of Page rank. A number of the domains are keyword domains with over 3000 searches p/m UK and one of the domains currently has over 1200 visits p/m with over 8000 searches p/m.

Does this help anymore? :?:

Twice its length from middle to the end ;)

For christ sake man just tell us or are they a bag of poo

Why not post the names in the websites for sale thread and invite offers?

People can then do their own research and maybe make you some offers without having to feel as if they're pulling your teeth out!

runningspikes.net - 1200+ visits p/m / 12,100 searches uk
Good PR and potential to earn a revenue but who would you sell this to ? maybe get big sports stores to bid on it, value, typically a well ranked and earning site will sell for 12 to 18 months of it's revenue so depends on revenue ? but as a .net then I would try for 12 months revenue as your price.

hotelsnewquay.com - 5,400 searches uk
Can't find this one in the top 30 results so little value, maybe £100 because its .com and could be monetised.

hoteldealsuk.co.uk - 3,600 searches uk
Brandable in my eyes, however it does get an average of 2500 exacts per month so based on that it's another where you might get 12 months revenue if you have proof of earnings.

mojofarah.co.uk - PR 3 / 250 visits p/m
Didn't know what this was  but now I know I can tell you it's worth nothing because of the risk of a DRS case.

Hope you appreciate these appraisals, newbies don't normally get such a thorough apparaisal (if any)
