$2600 auction yet only 73 searches?

Is a domain name matching a local search term with an average of 1000/month and a EST AVE CPC of £2.30...a good start for a mini site???

Any advice appreciated.

i would say so but it depends on the topic, if it was loans (i know its most prob not as its semi low cpc for it) then the others (competitors) fighting for that top spot will be very indence. however if you are not fighting with many others then 1000 might be a nice amount. a CPC says that quite alot of people are fighting for it but its only £6 plus a bit of your time might be worth a shot. if you get one click a month then that will more than cover the cost of the domain over the year. hope this helps
